If you are a resident at THE POINTE AT CITY CENTER, you may use the "Maintenance Request" form located below to submit a service request for your apartment. By doing so, you are giving us permission to enter your apartment to resolve your problem at our earliest convenience.
We will attempt to resolve your problem in a timely fashion. If your service request is not resolved within three (3) business days and we have not called you, please assume that we did not receive your service request. In that case, please either contact THE POINTE AT CITY CENTER Management Office at (913) 492-5442 or re-submit the contact form.
