Setting up your utilities can be time consuming and we would like to make your move one of ease. The Pointe at City Center has provided information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.

For your convenience, your services are already set up for you. Simply add the flat rate amount indicated on your lease agreement to your rent payment each month.
